MicroSense Profile Series Silver Sensor D4208CD4208C2 Cross Hatch Post
With a special crossed-hatched post to facilitate ultrasonic welding to a lead wire, this sensor features 0.1 mil silver/silver chloride coating over a conductive carbon substrate. Also available in a 0.06 mil Ag/AgCl coating thickness for radiolucent applications. This eyelet has a 0.420" flange diameter.

For extremely low profile lead wire applications, this 0.516" diameter disk is only .015" thick. Glass-filled ABS substrate is coated with 0.1 mil silver/silver chloride. Other coating thicknesses are available.
